You can send your clients directly to us with your business card in their hand. We will take care of them as soon as they walk in the door. Our reception staff will immediatly put your client in contact with someone that can show them all of their options and pricing. They will also receive a full tour of our facilities on your behalf. There is no need to call ahead and make an appointment.
- We will do all the paperwork, saving you time.
We will take care of all the leasing paperwork for you. Our cracker jack team will do all these time consuming details on-site. This way all you need to do is cash the check once your client has signed the lease agreement.
- You will receive a check!
Our rate we pay on "small space" (which is considered one to two offices) is well above the industry average. Once we receive a deposit and first months rent from your client, we cut you a check! It is that simple.
- You are referring your clients to an owner occupied building.
We are family owned and occupied. Since we live here, we treat our facilities accordingly. We offer full service which means your clients will not wait for a light bulb to be changed or any details that may need to be addressed.
- Your client will have a full-time maintenance supervisor.
He handles the facilities, both inside and out. We have him hooked up to e-mail and a cell phone, and will take care of your clients beckoning call. We look forward to helping you help your "small space" clients find a place that will satisfy their every need.
