How Does it Work?

  1. You will be held in high regard!
    You can send your clients directly to us with your business card in their hand. We will take care of them as soon as they walk in the door.  Our reception staff will immediatly put your client in contact with someone that can show them all of their options and pricing.  They will also receive a full tour of our facilities on your behalf. There is no need to call ahead and make an appointment.

  2. We will do all the paperwork, saving you time.
    We will take care of all the leasing paperwork for you.  Our team will handle all the details on-site. All you need to do is cash the check once your client has signed the lease agreement.

  3. You will receive a check!
    The rate we pay on "small space" (considered one to two offices) is well above the industry average.  Once we receive a deposit and first months rent from your client, we cut you a check! 

  4. You are referring your clients to an owner occupied building.
    We are family owned and occupied.  Since we work here, we treat our facilities accordingly. We offer full service which means your clients will not have to wait for a light bulb to be changed.

  5. Your client will have a full-time maintenance supervisor.
    Our building Maintenance Supervisor manages the facility inside and out.  He can be contacted by e-mail or cellphone. We look forward to helping you help your "small space" clients find a place that will satisfy their every need.

  6. High Speed Internet available with automatic failover.
    We are now able to offer a unique high speed internet service to your clients.
